If you would like to receive a refund after more than 30 days , a full refund under our Lifetime Warranty Policy can be made in three simple steps:
1. Please forward your Order Confirmation Email with "Lifetime warranty refund request" in Subject line to service@ivmet.com (Please specify how you would like to receive your refund - PayPal or Amazon gift card.)
2. As soon as we confirm your order we will send an email with the mailing address we need you to ship the product to.
3. As soon as we receive the product, we will issue your refund via PayPal or in the form of an Amazon gift card.
